Here's how UltroWater works
UltroWater is a four stage filtering system:
- Fine Filtration
The first stage mixed pre-filter reduces sediment, sand, dirt and fine particles as small as 5 microns.. 15 times smaller than the diameter of a human hair.. as well as filtering chlorine.
- Reverse osmosis (R. O.) Membrane
water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane. Most of the dissolved solids and contaminants are left behind and flushed down the drain.
- Post Filter
Granulated activated carbon polishes the water on its way to the 2-gallon pressurized water keeper for storage.
- In-line Activated Carbon Post Filter
Located after the water keeper, it adds a final polish to the water as the water flows to the faucet.
